A paper copy can be viewed at the Library at Keele University until the plans receive Royal Assent. They are displayed on shelves outside the Local Collection office on the top floor of the Library. The Campus Library is open to the general public and is accessible 24/7 for most of the year. Additionally information is available at Silverdale Library (USB stick) to view electronically.
